Yes. Scholva imports from CSV and Excel, with a dry run that flags problems before anything is saved. Our team helps with data mapping, validation and transfer.

Scholva is designed with privacy by default and built around India's DPDP Act: families get a consent centre, data export and erasure requests, and an access log. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), and we sign a Data Processing Agreement with every school.

Scholva is a cloud-first platform optimized for low-bandwidth environments. Key operations like attendance marking and grade entry work with intermittent connectivity and sync automatically when the connection is restored.

Routes and stops are planned on a map, and vehicles, drivers and students are assigned to each route. With GPS in the vehicles, parents get notified as the bus approaches their stop and administrators see the live fleet.

Scholva integrates with Razorpay to support credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and wallets. We handle reconciliation, installment plans and receipts automatically. Transaction fees vary by payment method and plan.
